In a major key, common borrowed chords from parallel minor include:

• iv
• ♭III
• ♭VI
• ♭VII
• sometimes ii°
• sometimes v

You do not need all of them equally often.

For practical arranging, start with:

iv, ♭VI, ♭VII

Those three are extremely useful.
