repeated chord rhythm.

For example:

You might play the chord on:

1, 2&, 4

Don't obsess about one exact rhythm.

The point is:

rhythm creates style even when harmony stays identical.

Play C-Am-F-G with several different right-hand rhythms.

You’ll hear completely different characters.
