12.5Find the dominant of any destination
The rule is simple:
Take the chord you want to arrive at. Go up a perfect fifth from its root—or down a perfect fourth. Make that chord dominant 7.
Want to arrive at:
Am
Dominant = E7
Want Dm:
Dominant = A7
Want G:
Dominant = D7
Want F:
Dominant = C7
Want Em:
Dominant = B7
This immediately reconstructs much of your original chord chart.
