29.33Level 13 — melody as 9 or 11

Sus harmony loves melody notes that would feel “tension-heavy” over conventional major chords.

Example over G7sus:

A = 9.

C = 11/sus.

E = 13.

These can all feel stable.

That gives the melody lots of freedom.
