Fm7 = F Dorian

B♭m7 = B♭ Dorian

E♭7 = E♭ Mixolydian

A♭maj7 = A♭ Ionian

D♭maj7 = D♭ Ionian...

You can analyze that way.

But in real-time playing, it is usually too fragmented.
