Spend about 20–25 minutes per session.

Exercise A — translation, 2 minutes

Randomly point to keys and say both names:

F = фа

B = си

A♭ = ля-бемоль

etc.

We want A B C... to become as automatic as ля си до....

Exercise B — semitones, 3 minutes

Pick a note.

Move:

+1 semitone

+2

+3

+4

+7

Say where you landed.

Exercise C — major/minor, 5 minutes

Play:

C / Cm

D / Dm

F / Fm

G / Gm

A / Am

Hear and feel the third changing.

Exercise D — intervals, 5 minutes

From random roots find:

major 3rd

minor 3rd

perfect 5th

Don't calculate forever. Use the keyboard geometry.

Exercise E — harmonic gravity, 5 minutes

Play:

G7 → C

D7 → G

A7 → D

E7 → A

You don't need to understand all the theory yet.

Listen for the same tension → destination sensation each time.

Exercise F — free improvisation, 5 minutes

Left hand: C.

Right hand: white keys.

Try to make 2- or 4-bar musical sentences.

Finish some on C.

Finish some deliberately on B or D.

Listen to the difference.
