Again conceptually:

let low bass behave like:

tuba/bassist.

Middle RH behaves like:

banjo/guitar/horn responses.

Melody behaves like:

singer/clarinet.

Do not let all three constantly attack together.

For comic effect:

establish independence,

then have everyone hit one exaggerated chord together,

pause,

and resume the loose groove.

The synchronized moment becomes a punchline.
