27.3Start with natural minor

C natural minor:

C D E♭ F G A♭ B♭

C D E♭ F G A♭ B♭

Degrees:

1 2 ♭3 4 5 ♭6 ♭7

Play a C bass.

Improvise slowly using these notes.

Do not play G7.

Notice how C can still feel like home without a leading tone B natural.
