At faster tempo, you do not want large leaps between every chord.

So find nearest inversions.

You might voice:

B♭6: D-G-B♭

G7: D-F-B

Cm7: E♭-G-B♭

F7: E♭-A-C

B♭: D-F-B♭.

The exact voicing matters less than:

minimal hand movement.
