There are four clear phrases.
Think:
Phrase 1
question
Phrase 2
answer-ish
Phrase 3
climax/high point
Phrase 4
final resolution
That already tells us the arrangement should not treat every phrase equally.
Phrase 3 should probably carry more intensity.
Phrase 4 should feel most conclusive.
