Play:

Cm7.

Without playing F7, sing the A that will be F7's 3rd.

Then play F7 and verify.

Then sing D before B♭maj7.

Then F♯ before D7.

Then G before Gm.

You are hearing destinations before they arrive.

That is real harmonic fluency.
