27.12Don't re-strike melody unnecessarily
If melody sustains G for the whole bar:
beat 1: play G with accompaniment.
Beats 2/3: you may play only inner chord tones softly.
Keep G sounding through pedal/finger where possible.
The melody should not become “G G G” merely because accompaniment has three beats.
